Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Set up the breakfast area each morning, adhering to Choice standards for presentation and cleanliness.

- Maintain the coffee station throughout service hours, ensuring that beverages are fresh and readily available.

- Keep the breakfast area and lobby clean and tidy, including regular cleaning and sanitization of surfaces.

- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and restock as needed to ensure availability for guests.

- Prepare and submit order lists to the manager for replenishing supplies and ingredients.

- Handle food items safely and hygienically, following all food safety regulations and procedures.

Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

- Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
