We are seeking an energetic and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, replenishing items, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide excellent guest services, and answer any questions about menu options or dietary needs
Maintain food safety standards by handling food properly, adhering to sanitation protocols, and managing temperature controls
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling dishes, or portioning ingredients as needed
Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes and resetting stations for the next service cycle
Uphold cleanliness standards by cleaning kitchen areas, dining spaces, and equipment regularly
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred; kitchen experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving supplies comfortably
Familiarity with restaurant operations including bussing, serving, and meal preparation techniques
Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food allergy considerations to serve guests safely and effectively
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that promotes guest relations and guest satisfaction
Ability to work early mornings or flexible shifts as needed in a fast-paced setting Shift starts at 5am
