Job Summary:

Join our team at a well-established hotel as a Breakfast Attendant. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day on a positive note by providing them with a delightful breakfast experience.

Duties:

- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively.
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the breakfast area and assist them with any requests or inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service hours.
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed to ensure a consistent offering for guests.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to provide a safe dining environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, if required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guests' needs promptly and courteously.

- Setup function and meeting space, serve lunches if needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service timings.

Skills:

- Experience in food preparation or meal preparation is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic cooking skills would be beneficial for this role.
- Background in hospitality or restaurant industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
