Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks, ensuring all food handling and safety standards are met. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to customer service, food handling, and restaurant operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
