Job description Cora Breakfast and Lunch in Langley is now hiring for an assistant Front Of House Supervisor/ Expediter. Service supervisor / expediter duties includes: Work with Management team to exceed our high standards and instill these standards in our awesome team members. Follow up, coach and train new and existing staff on high standards, proper procedures and policies. Expediting duties. Oversee daily operations in Front of House with focus on training , food cost , Customer and team satisfaction, waste management, and food safe procedures. Daily evaluation of stock levels and current needs to be communicated to ordering manager. Communicate with scheduling manager needs of Service staffing. Monthly inventory of stock. Daily follow up on cleanliness standards and duties in all service areas Excellent communication skills Experience: A minimum of 1 years of experience in service industry with Expediting experience. Prior supervising or managing experience an asset. Prior full service restaurant experience an asset, but full training provided. Quick service management/ junior management experience is also a strong asset. Full training will be provided. Must be available for shifts during the week and all weekends/ holidays. Position has potential for growth into restaurant Manager position for ideal candidate. Tips are also part of the salary. All your evenings are free!
