Job Specifications and Requirements:
Flexible to work shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Motivated, career-oriented individual who thrives as part of a creative culinary team. Proven ability to work in high-quality, fast-paced, and demanding kitchen operation. Able to work with minimal supervision. Minimum 1 year of line breakfast and banquet service experience. Completion of college or other program in cooking is considered an asset. Production of daily soups, sauces, vegetables and restaurant specials. Able to start shift at 5:00 am
This is a 3-month term position.
