Description
As our Branding Project Lead, you will be instrumental in planning, managing and optimizing the creative and production phases for the rollout of Radio-Canada's new brand identity. You will also oversee various projects within your portfolio, providing guidance and support to teams, developing assigned projects and ensuring their effective management and co-ordination. You will be responsible for structuring the rollout plan across internal departments in line with corporate objectives, while also supervising and co-ordinating the work of creative teams assigned to the project. Additionally, you will collaborate on the Platforms initiative to ensure consistency and compliance across both projects.
We are looking for someone who can provide strong, positive leadership, collaborating effectively with other teams and departments to successfully execute large-scale, cross-functional projects. You will be expected to follow up with teams to resolve any issues that may arise during project execution, ensuring outcomes align with initial objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
Select and oversee external vendors, negotiating contracts as needed.
Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
Ensure the successful adoption of the new branding across all departments.
Maintain a monitoring dashboard for all Radio-Canada brand touchpoints, both internally and with external partners.
Structure and develop brand identity guidelines and resources.
Actively participate in resolving project-related issues by proposing effective solutions.
Field brand identity requests from other parts of the organization.
Structure the rollout of the brand identity within the Corporation's technology systems, working with the relevant experts.
What You Bring
Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications or design (equivalent experience showing a deep understanding of branding and creative strategies will also be considered).
Five or more years' experience in marketing or creative strategizing, including designing visual campaigns or working with creative teams.
Skills:Passion for digital and emerging technologies.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and negotiating skills in a complex environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid influencing and decision-making skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire your teams and lead by example.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent judgment, initiative and self-direction.
Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Solid command of French (working language).
Intermediate proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
