about this team

Reporting to the Manager, NA Brand Marketing, this role will be a key contributor to driving growth for the North America business and building brand equity in our largest market. As an experienced marketer, this role provides leadership across all marketing channels and brand creative, bringing to life innovative, campaign and always on marketing that delivers on business and brand objectives This brand marketing manager role will be focused on our lululemon Studio program inclusive of lululemon Studio brand partners, trainer, and lululemon Studio Mirror. This role is highly cross functional, working with partners across both teams at lululemon & lululemon Studio.

a day in the life: what you'll do

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and campaigns driving key business objectives
  • Work with operations and strategy teams to align strategies, marketing priorities and business objectives for lululemon Studio
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure lululemon Studio is leveraging channel best practices across eCom, email, Social, PR, media.
  • Develop marketing plans and write creative briefs for new projects. Work with the project manager on status updates and flag risks to align on workbacks for final delivery to stakeholders.
  • Monitor, optimize and report against program strategic initiatives and campaigns in partnership with lululemon Studio analyst
  • Manage flight plan and calendar for North America Brand Marketing
qualifications
  • Experience working in digital fitness and/or tech
  • 6-8+ years of relevant brand/marketing experience
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong business knowledge with a passion for the fitness/tech industry
  • Passion & interest for understanding guest segments
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong relationship builder and experience leading others towards a common goal - team player. Able to work effectively and reliably under pressure
  • Adaptable, with ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs
