Job Description

About Fratello

Fifty years in. Still obsessed.

Fratello is a specialty roaster with a 50-year family legacy and a modern, uncompromising edge. We roast with precision, source directly from farmers (who we know personally), and obsess over flavour... because our customers can taste the difference between just good and exceptional.

Our community is made of baristas who refuse to cut corners, chefs who center menus around our beans, and home brewers who start every morning with cafe-quality coffee.

What makes us different?

Transparency. Craft. And a relentless commitment to quality, from green bean selection to the final pour. We've earned a fiercely loyal following across some of Canada's most respected cafes, restaurants, and homes.

As we scale both wholesale and direct-to-consumer, we're not just hiring a marketer. We're hiring someone to help shape the creative future of our brand.

A small test for applicants who read carefully: If you make it to the interview stage, we'll ask you to name three cafes or restaurants that brew our coffee. Consider it a filter for curiosity and attention to detail.
