to lead our integrated marketing operations across multiple brands.

You will oversee the entire marketing ecosystem -- from
SEO keyword research, content planning, and social media management
to
brand storytelling, partnership marketing, and client acquisition campaigns

Responsibilities
Develop and execute holistic brand and growth marketing strategies across multiple brands and platforms.
Manage all digital marketing operations including
SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, influencer partnerships, and email campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to guide campaign decisions.
Build and manage monthly marketing calendars, aligning brand initiatives with measurable KPIs.
Lead the creation of digital assets and branded content using Adobe Creative Suite (or by directing designers/agencies).
Collaborate with the sales team to
develop B2B and B2C strategies that convert leads into customers.
Analyze campaign data and web performance metrics to continuously refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, from packaging to digital presence.
Present monthly marketing reports and growth insights directly to executive leadership.
Experience & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
5+ years of proven success in brand, performance, or growth marketing
roles.
Strong command of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms, etc.).
Proficiency with
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or equivalent visual tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brand identities simultaneously.
Strong understanding of e-commerce strategy, customer journey optimization, and CRM utilization.
Comfortable leading campaigns
end-to-end -- from creative concept to direct sales execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to executives and clients.
