Brand Manager
Winnipeg, Manitoba
On behalf of our client Medicure Inc., we are currently searching for a Brand Manager who brings creativity, strategic insight, and a results-driven mindset. The Brand Manager will take ownership of several brands and lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand equity, drive market growth, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer who can navigate a regulated and highly competitive market, champion their assigned brands internally and externally, and work in a cross-functional team environment.
As the Brand Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and strengthen market presence.
  • Define and maintain brand voice, visual identity, and positioning across all channels.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, PR, and partnerships.
  • Lead the development of promotional materials for healthcare professionals and patients in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams - Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs - to ensure consistent brand alignment.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver impactful, on-brand creative work.
  • Analyze brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Support sales training initiatives, field tools, and conference planning to enhance brand engagement.
  • Oversee website content and performance to optimize user experience and brand visibility.
  • Track KPIs and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
You and Your Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing brand strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and field-based teams.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, social media).
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with compliance in a regulated marketing environment.
