Your role on our team:


The Brand Manager is responsible for the management and execution of corporate brand initiatives for Minto Group. The chosen candidate will understand brand principles, consumer and digital experience, social media, insight, analytics, and relevant research. The Brand Manager also plays a key role in creating and managing engaging content across digital platforms to support our reputation-building goals. They will also be responsible for defining and tracking key performance metrics, using data and reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and continuously optimize results. In this role, you will:

Content creation and social media management:



Curate and lead corporate content storytelling for the blog and social media channels with the support of executive management. With the support of a Content Marketing Specialist, plan, write, design, and schedule daily social media posts, including a weekly plan, for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others as relevant. Manage daily monitoring and commentary on all relevant social media channels. Manage the distribution of press releases to ensure broad and accurate dissemination of company news.

Collaboration and Reporting:



Collaborate with content leads across the organization to review content for SEO, upload weekly blog posts, and update older posts to ensure relevance and engagement. Measure brand reputation and engagement through regular reporting.

Video Production, Creative Assets and Editing:



Organize video shoots and manage video content.

Digital Advertising, Website & Intranet Management:



With the support of the Corporate Digital Team, plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on LinkedIn. Update, maintain, and keep information current on the corporate webpages including continuous ESG reporting Manage Intranet brand resources and respond to requests for brand-related assets.

Brand Administration:



Fulfill brand financial administration (invoice follow-ups and processing) with the support of corporate finance. Perform other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

We would like you to have:



A minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Excellent communication, social media management and content marketing skills. Superior writing skills, specifically with digital communications. Experience in B2B or B2C branding with knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies. Creative and analytical thinker with strong project management and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Familiarity with Accessibility, CASL, and Privacy requirements. Be comfortable with occasional travel as required for industry events and meetings. Work in a hybrid work environment with opportunities for remote work.
