TELUS Health is seeking a Brand Experience & Events Specialist to shape how our Retirement & Benefits Solutions are experienced in the market. You'll lead high-impact events across Canada and the U.S., from industry conferences and regional roadshows to webinars and client boards, while also driving PR, and speaker visibility strategies. What you'll doOwn all brand experience events across the U.S. and Canada including anchor events (e.g., HR Tech), regional roadshows, roundtables, client boards, and webinars Develop and manage a strategic events calendar aligned to RBS segment priorities, sales cycles, and business milestones. Lead end-to-end event execution, including speaker sourcing, vendor management, creative asset coordination, and on-site logistics to ensure a premium and seamless brand experience. Build and manage internal speaker bureau, promoting TELUS Health RBS executive and SME visibility across key industry events. Support Sales and CRLs with seller-led activations such as lunch-and-learns, broker/TPE meetings, and client appreciation events to deepen relationships and drive expansion. Contribute to PR and brand awareness efforts identifying award opportunities, speaker engagements, and thought leadership placements. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth teams to ensure event narratives align with broader messaging, campaign goals, and buyer journeys. Own post-event follow-up strategy in partnership with Growth to ensure consistent engagement and pipeline momentum. Support the evolution of subject matter experts into recognizable public brand voices through content collaboration, speaker coaching, and visibility strategy.
What you bring5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or brand experience roles within a B2B or enterprise environment Proven ability to lead end-to-end event strategy and execution across large-scale conferences, regional activations, webinars, and executive engagements Proficiency with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, vFairs, ON24) and event management tools (e.g., Cvent, Splash) Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across internal stakeholders, executive leaders, vendors, and speakers Experience managing brand presence at industry events, including signage, booth content, and pre/post-event engagement plans Knowledge of PR and speaker strategy, including award submissions, visibility planning, and thought leadership promotion Experience coaching internal leaders and employees on LinkedIn presence and public-facing storytelling Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with executive teams, Sales, and partners Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-impact brand experiences that drive engagement and pipeline
