Your role in a nutshell

The Brand Director, NA is responsible for leading integrated Omni-Channel marketing campaigns & content across brand, retail and ecommerce / digital experiences. The mission of the role is to manage and support the cross-functional delivery of high impact, 360 Omni-Channel campaigns for the North American (NA) market. The Brand Director will: * Lead the NA campaign & content strategy, overseeing content planning, delivering brand propelling marketing programs that fulfil brand, performance and customer targets.

  • They will also lead an emerging team of talented cross functional marketers developing their skills as they grow in their respective careers.
More about the role
  • Lead NA marketing campaign and event activations - including market-specific content creation, supporting content strategy and omni-channel plan delivery
  • Marketing campaigns in this context include the overarching Corporate Social Responsibility (Activism) strategy for the North American market
  • Lead NA Campaigns & Content and manage Social Media & Public Relations disciplines and respective teams
  • Primary relationship holder across key agency partnerships inclusive of media & creative
  • Accountable for holding and fulfilling the planning process for 360 campaign delivery including:
  • Campaign planning meetings, and process
  • Channel & customer strategy from Omni-Channel stakeholders
  • Full-funnel channel experience planning
  • Manage PR and Social teams in the fulfillment of campaign and always on objectives
  • Liaise with TBS global Marketing team/stakeholders on ongoing work projects (global and local)
  • Consistently report and wrap up campaign efforts and performance
  • Represent the team in weekly and monthly Trade meetings ensuring the market stakeholders are clear on marketing campaign plans
  • Support NA Marketing & Activism VP with customer insight, market intelligence and campaign reporting
  • Key stakeholder for NA Market with global Brand, Product and Customer teams
What we look for
  • 10+ years Marketing experience in Omnichannel Retail / Brand / Product
  • Multi-channel 360 campaign delivery a must
  • New product launches
  • Campaign launches (across selling channels)
  • Digital & Ecommerce competence essential
Competencies include:
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills up to and including global director level.
  • High Proficiency across Microsoft platforms (Xcel, PPt)
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Clear communication and influencing skills
  • Creative appreciation to brief and review marketing design and content.
  • Project management capability to support plans across multiple touchpoints.
