Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity, including the creation of a brand book
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for vidIQ across all marketing and communication channels, including digital, print, and social media
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create visually engaging materials that support and enhance our brand messaging and positioning
Design and produce a wide range of assets, including website graphics, social media content, email templates, presentation decks, print materials, and event collateral
Contribute to the evolution and growth of our website with our brand identity
Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines, and provide creative guidance and support to other team members as needed
Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital and print design
Experience in leveraging AI Tools, such as ChatGPT, ChatSonic, or vidIQ?s AI Coach
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on new projects and campaigns
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet or exceed expectations
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and digital design
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or Figma
Experience in designing for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A passion for understanding and staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies
(Preferred) Knowledge of video editing software and social branding is a plus
(Preferred) Experience in illustration and/or motion design
(Preferred) Familiarity with YouTube, content creation, and the digital video landscape is highly desirable
