The ideal candidate is someone who combines
strong design fundamentals with a deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and marketing strategy.
You'll be responsible for building visual identities, designing both digital and print assets, and supporting multiple brands under our creative umbrella.
This role requires a designer who can think strategically, move fast, and deliver polished, professional-quality work that aligns with each brand's voice and target audience.
You'll collaborate directly with marketers, photographers, and project managers to translate brand direction into cohesive visual systems -- across everything from social media content to packaging and signage.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain visual brand systems across multiple F&B and lifestyle brands.
Create marketing and promotional materials for digital and print use (social media, menus, posters, signage, ads).
Work closely with marketing and strategy teams to ensure creative alignment with brand goals.
Manage design files, templates, and production-ready assets in an organized, scalable format.
Participate in creative reviews and contribute to concept development for new campaigns.
Prepare press-ready files for print vendors and communicate directly when needed.
Use feedback constructively and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Experience & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
3+ years of experience
as a brand or graphic designer (agency or in-house).
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and typography skills.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
Understanding of
digital design principles (social media, web banners, responsive content).
Experience with
print production and vendor coordination
is a strong plus.
Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Photography or motion design experience is an asset but not required.
