As a brand and creative specialist at SilverStar Mountain you will help craft and maintain SilverStar's brand identity and visual aesthetic in the market. You'll be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging while delivering compelling creative and engaging user experience across all channels. This role involves developing brand & creative strategies, creating visual assets, and collaborating with marketing and other teams to execute creative campaigns, promotions & advertising from start to finish. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience with Adobe Suite .

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand & Creative Strategy Development -- Develop and implement brand & creative strategies that enhance brand awareness and increase guest engagement.
Creative Content Creation -- Design and produce a variety of creative assets, including website layouts, social media graphics, and marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
Creative Project Management -- Manage creative projects, from concept to execution, including working with outside resources for fulfilment ensuring
Collaboration & Communication -- Collaborate with marketing team, design, and other departments to ensure brand messaging is consistent and effective.
Brand Consistency & Guidelines -- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels and ensure brand standards are followed.
Market Research -- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong Creative Skills -- Proven ability to develop compelling and visually appealing content.
Brand Management -- Knowledge of branding principles, including brand positioning, brand identity, and brand guidelines.
Graphic Design -- Proficiency in graphic design software and techniques.
