As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, driving sales, and enhancing customer experiences through product demonstrations and engaging interactions.

Duties

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Engage with customers in various environments, including retail locations, events, and trade shows. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Market the brand through creative strategies that resonate with target audiences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with sales teams to drive product awareness and increase sales opportunities. Collect feedback from customers to relay insights back to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

Skills

Experience in food service or sales is highly desirable. Proficiency in conducting product demos that capture customer interest. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions and experiences for all customers. Public speaking experience is beneficial for presenting products confidently in various settings.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
