Role: Brand Ambassador
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay: $60,000Job Duties:Customer Experience & Management
\xc2\xb7 Product intimacy: on site product knowledge and general capabilities acumen. Be able to answer questions and describe features and benefits of products.
\xc2\xb7 Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
\xc2\xb7 Working with clients through the sales process
\xc2\xb7 Answer inbound customer sales calls
\xc2\xb7 Relay customer quality improvement suggestions for company services
\xc2\xb7 Business development projects/campaigns as directed by Management
\xc2\xb7 Follow all pre- and post-visit process to maintain data integrity and nurture the customer through to the completion of the project.
Showroom Management and Administrative
\xc2\xb7 Act as the first point-of-contact by greeting and welcoming customers/visitors and offering a highest level of customer service for unsolicited walk-in customers.
\xc2\xb7 Handle reception duties and maintain relationship with customers in person, over the phone and via email to ensure an exceptional customer experience
\xc2\xb7 Conduct engaging tours of the Mississauga showroom for trade partners, distributors, and other non-client guests.
\xc2\xb7 Support process, experience and physical environment improvements to continue to refine the best experience for our walk-in customers.
\xc2\xb7 Manage the upkeep of the showroom and ensure it is well maintained and presentable.
o Keep stock of company literature
o Ensure all carry samples, corner sections and take away samples are stocked
o Co-ordinate repairs, upgrades, changes to products needed within the showroom
o Ensure all samples and marketing supplies are up to date and available
\xc2\xb7 Follow-up on accounts and leads given to Territory Managers
\xc2\xb7 Ensure customer information is logged and properly tracked in Salesforce
\xc2\xb7 Proactively attend to customer complaints in a professional manner;
\xc2\xb7 Ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials (e.g. supplies, samples, merchandise items)
\xc2\xb7 Performs miscellaneous job-related duties to ensure customer satisfaction and/or customer retentionQualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree preferred, marketing, business or design focus.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years experience in showroom/retail, client service, interior design, architecture or related field, marketing, and/or sales.
\xc2\xb7 Focused on human centered design, customer service, design, and critical thinking
\xc2\xb7 Flexible, personable, creative, organized and detail-oriented
\xc2\xb7 Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, Salesforce, MS Teams, Miro, storytelling
\xc2\xb7 High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
\xc2\xb7 Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
\xc2\xb7 Persuasive and goal-oriented
\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and verbal.
\xc2\xb7 Able to effectively work individually or as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
