Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and tech-savvy Brand Ambassador and Booth Operator to join our team. In this role, you will represent our brand while setting up, operating, and managing our photo booths at various events. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues, all while promoting our services in a professional and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:



Transport & Logistics:

Safely transport the photo booth equipment to and from event venues using your own vehicle.

Event Setup & Teardown:

Set up and dismantle photo booth equipment at event venues.

Photo Booth Operation:

Assist guests with the photo booth experience, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable time.

Brand Representation:

Act as the face of our brand, engaging with guests to promote our brand and services.

Customer Interaction:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all event attendees.

Troubleshooting:

Address any technical issues that may arise during the event, ensuring minimal disruption.

Event Coordination:

Work closely with event organizers to ensure seamless integration of the photo booth into the event.

Qualifications:



Customer Service Experience:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of photography equipment and software is a plus.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

Brand Ambassador Experience:

Experience in brand representation or event marketing is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Availability:

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Valid Driver's License:

A valid G or G2 license and reliable transportation are required.

What We Offer:



$25 to $27 per hour + Bonuses A fun and dynamic work environment

Requirements:



Available weekends and weekdays and nights Must have your own vehicle to transport photo booths to venue Must be able to travel to Mississauga L5L 1X2 or Hamilton L8H 5Y2 to pick up equipment.
