Shift premium as follows: We offer a 10% premium (of regular hourly rate) which will be paid for all hours 50% or more of the total hours worked: Monday to Friday after 5pm and hours worked on weekends.
YOUR ROLE:
The position involves providing support to our branches for all requests related to our customers' accounts. As well as identify and diagnose technical issues, guiding internal customers through solutions. Escalate more complex technical questions by opening tickets. Provide basic support and assistance with customer account financial inquiries.
