About the Role





As an integral member of the Property.ca team, the

Branch Success Manager

plays a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering agent growth across all branches and increasing agent lead conversions. This position requires a highly motivated leader who can train and mentor Branch Managers, ensure adherence to established SOPs, and oversee effective onboarding for new offices. The Branch Success Manager acts as the bridge between the corporate office and branches, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maximize agent productivity and operational efficiency.



This non-selling role is deeply committed to supporting the growth and success of branch partners and helping them to manage their agents effectively, and ensuring seamless adoption of CRM tools and processes to increase agent lead conversion. Collaboration with the operations team and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role. The Branch Success Manager will champion best practices, provide ongoing training, and contribute to the overall vision of making Property.ca a leader in the industry.

What's Involved




Leadership and Mentorship




Devote full attention to supporting the business and affairs of Property.ca, providing consistent leadership, mentorship, and exceptional service to Branch Partners, agents, and branch staff. Act as a key resource for Branch Partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle agent
needs effectively and contribute to branch growth.


Training and Development




Collaborate with the Broker of Record to develop, implement, and update training materials for agents, ensuring alignment with industry standards, best practices, and governing regulations. Organize and lead sales meetings, training and call sessions, and branch events to enhance agent knowledge, retention, and professional growth.

Branch Onboarding and Operations




Assist in the onboarding process for new branch partners by ensuring agents quickly adopt CRM tools, adherence to SOPs, and full integration into Property.ca's operational framework. Ensure branch partner administrative staff are fully onboarded and trained on Property.ca's processes.

Growth and Recruitment




Drive branch growth through effective recruitment strategies, including interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring new and experienced agents to achieve annual recruitment targets. Actively promote Property.ca's value proposition to potential recruits and maintain a focus on team-building.


Branch Performance




Evaluate the performance of Branch Partners, agents, and administrative staff, providing constructive feedback and action plans to improve productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with Branch Managers to create a succession plan for administrative and support
staff.


Collaboration and Reporting




Participate in scheduled management meetings to share branch insights and contribute to organizational decision-making. Investigate and follow up on specific projects or proposals as requested by management.

Branch Retention and Engagement




Actively monitor branch performance metrics and employee satisfaction, collaborate with Branch Partner implementing initiatives to improve engagement and retention. Collaborate with Branch Partner to develop and execute retention strategies for agents and staff, ensuring a positive work environment and alignment with company culture.

Performance Analytics and Reporting




Analyze branch performance data to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations to Branch Managers. Prepare and present regular performance reports to corporate leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Talent Specs




Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software is a plus * Knowledge of the real estate industry is required.
