Our client is hiring a strategic Branch Manager who will leverage their strong operational leadership skills and focus on employee engagement, brand development and market growth across Victoria, British Columbia, while building client relationships and providing the very best customer experience. Branch Manager Responsibilities:
Achieve year over year growth in profit percentage and profit dollars in the branch.
Focus on new client acquisition, customer satisfaction, and value selling other business offerings, while consistently ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular visitations to clients on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
Consistently meet KPIs to ensure client and business expectations are satisfied.
Achieve annual improvement in branch Employee Engagement Scores with a focus on employee development, growth and internal promotion
Lead by example of living up to the company values
Branch Manager Qualifications:Ability to create a positive work environment and team atmosphere.
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak in public settings and complete presentations.
Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset.
Ability to coach, mentor and develop branch employees.
Strong computer skills with the aptitude to become proficient in all company software systems (on-boarding, scheduling, financial, CRM).
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance standards are consistently followed.
Employment conditions:Full-time, permanent
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
