You are responsible for managing the day\xe2\x80\x90to\xe2\x80\x90 day operation of the branch in compliance with the company\'s established policies and procedures. As well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety programs. Working with the leadership team, you play a key role in attaining the company\'s short and long\xe2\x80\x90term objectives. • Experience and Knowledge. You have recent successful experience of 3+ years with managing a team of at least 4 members \xe2\x80\x93 preferably more. You have strong industry knowledge or dealership management in a similar industry. B2B sales experience would be an asset, but this can be trained if you are strong in all other skills.
• Computer Literate. You\'re going to need strong computer skills to be proficient with our dealership software, and you\'ll need to be very comfortable with Microsoft products so that you can maintain and create meaningful, informative, and timely business reports.
