Position: Branch Manager

Our client, a major multinational distributor of electrical products and components is looking for a Branch Manager to join their team in Saint Laurent!

Your profile?
- French proficiency (95% of the work and clients are French)
- At least 2 years as a director and 5 years in sales
- Experience managing teams of 5-10 employees
- Ability to manage P&L budgets
- Background in electrical products or construction products industry
- Valid driver\'s license required for visiting clients with major projects approximately once a week
Your role?
- Develop and administer sales plans to ensure customer satisfaction and meet quotas
- Collaborate with marketing to implement commercial initiatives
- Set annual sales and gross profit targets
- Forecast sales volume and expected profit
- Maintain sales volume and pricing in line with market trends
- Coordinate order services and resolve customer complaints
- Recruit, train, and manage sales staff
- Maintain professional knowledge and technical skills
- Interface with internal support services to ensure positive customer experience
