Position: Branch Manager - Grande Prairie

Titan Energy Services Ltd., a privately owned emerging oilfield service company established in 2012, is looking for a unique individual to assume the Branch Manager role in a rapidly growing operation.

The successful candidate will be a demonstrated team player with a strong operations background, hands on experience in Oil & Gas pumping operations, and is known for their professionalism, strong leadership and delivering consistent results. They will have a sound understanding of how to add value, increase profitability and how successfully manage a productive branch and team.

This is a varied and testing role as you will balance the management of day-to-day operations, operations reporting, sales, customer service and health and safety, all while supporting a good work environment for employees consistent with company values, policies and best practices.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the ideal candidate will be responsible to:
  • Motivate and lead the team to ensure the branch operates smoothly and effectively.
  • Create a mentoring culture for employee development and motivation.
  • Regularly meet with existing clients to forecast their needs and meet expectations
  • Collaborate with customers to provide ongoing innovative solutions to operations.
  • Network and liaise with clients to generate new revenues.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation and daily branch operations.
  • Review financial statements and budgets and address areas of concern to hit plan targets.
  • Coordinate inventory to ensure the supply is replenished when needed.
  • Recommend changes to the policies and goals of the branch and initiate corrective actions as required.
  • Participate in recruiting events to attract highly talented team members.

Personal Qualities:
  • Passion for organization, ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
  • Exudes passion for day-to-day operations and continuous process improvement.
  • Revises plans based on changing priorities to ensure commitments are met.


Technical / Operational
  • A sound understanding of fieldwork and fluid transfer operations is an asset.
  • Experience with water pumping operations; long-line, in-lease pumping, water transfer, modular tank groundwork, set up and tear down experience an asset.
  • Create, maintain, and update operational reporting.
  • Occasional Field/Site visits


Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree in business or a related subject
  • Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, Adobe PDF).
  • Strong communication skills.
