What you will do:



Provide branch leadership and daily direction to the team setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support. Responsible for the financial health of the branch including the development and management of sales and operating budgets, ensuring profitability and growth Lead a culture of learning and growth, setting employees up for success and career development Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to create and implement programs to achieve revenue targets and plans Demonstrate excellence in internal and external customer service, collaboration, and teamwork Collaborate with peers across the region to develop solutions that meet our customers' needs Execute inventory management practices that align with ROBINSON's procurement and purchasing strategies and processes Ensure smooth branch operations, maintaining facilities and equipment to high standards. Partner with support teams to execute operational goals related to pricing, inventory, marketing, human resources, finance, and operations. Champion ROBINSON SUPPLY Safety Program by coaching and educating employees on best practices.

About you:



5+ years of leadership experience in a wholesale or distribution setting in a related industry. Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent experience). A proven track record of leading successful teams and managing wholesale operations. Experience with P&L management, financial statements, and budgeting. A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
