Objectif du poste
Le ou la directeur(trice) de succursale dirige et coordonne les activites commerciales de la succursale. Il ou elle met en oeuvre des actions tactiques pour maximiser les revenus, l'EBITDA et le rendement des actifs. Cette personne est responsable des profits et pertes de la succursale dans sa zone geographique.
Responsabilites principales
Diriger les ventes et le marketing pour atteindre les objectifs du plan d'affaires et maximiser la rentabilite.
Encadrer l'equipe des ventes pour identifier les opportunites, developper des strategies et renforcer les relations clients.
Fournir des previsions precises pour les revenus, l'EBITDA et les ressources.
Superviser les operations de vente, service et location pour assurer une livraison rapide et efficace.
Gerer l'inventaire pour optimiser la production et la rentabilite.
Promouvoir et surveiller les pratiques de sante et securite; assurer la conformite aux reglements federaux (OSHA) et provinciaux.
Representer l'entreprise aupres des autorites en matiere de securite.
Evaluer et communiquer les indicateurs de performance a la direction et au personnel.
Tenir des registres precis (inventaire, facturation, heures, services).
Assurer le suivi comptable des operations et le transmettre au siege social.
Veiller au respect des processus et bonnes pratiques corporatives.
Fournir un leadership et gerer la performance des employes sous supervision directe et indirecte.
Exigences
Diplome universitaire en administration, gestion de la construction, ingenierie ou domaine connexe.
7 a 10 ans d'experience en ventes, marketing et gestion.
Experience dans l'industrie de la construction, idealement en gestion de projets.
Excellentes competences en communication et presentation.
Leadership demontre et capacite a mobiliser les equipes.
Experience en recrutement, formation et gestion de la performance.
Competences en planification strategique et gestion budgetaire.
Capacite a analyser des donnees complexes et prendre des decisions eclairees.
Image professionnelle et capacite a inspirer les autres.
Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite securitaire.

Job Objective
The Branch Manager leads and coordinates the commercial activities of the branch. They implement tactical actions to maximize revenue, EBITDA, and asset performance. This person is responsible for the branch's profit and loss within its geographic area.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales and marketing efforts to achieve business plan objectives and maximize profitability.
Coach the sales team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and strengthen client relationships.
Provide accurate forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, and resource planning.
Oversee sales, service, and rental operations to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
Manage inventory to optimize production and profitability.
Promote and monitor health and safety practices; ensure compliance with federal (OSHA) and provincial regulations.
Represent the company in safety-related matters with government authorities.
Evaluate and communicate performance indicators to management and staff.
Maintain accurate records (inventory, billing, hours worked, services).
Ensure accounting for branch operations is up to date and reported to head office.
Ensure compliance with corporate processes and best business practices.
Provide leadership and manage the performance of employees under direct and indirect supervision.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business management.
Experience in the construction industry, ideally in project management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams.
Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
Strategic planning and budgeting skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Professional demeanor and ability to inspire others.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
