Duties

Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Oversee cash handling procedures, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with policies. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients. Manage, train, and develop branch staff to create a high-performing team focused on achieving sales targets. Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational success. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry or similar field. Strong background in cash handling, sales management, and customer service. Excellent math skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, inspire performance, and foster a collaborative work environment. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage customers and staff effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results.
