We are looking for someone to lead our team dealing with Automotive Service Providers and other wholesale users. No retail headaches.

Role and responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service to wholesale clients. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up. Oversee one of our main warehouse branch, which ships products nationally. Manage a fleet of vehicles and drivers to meet local demands. Collaborate with the head office on payroll reporting, purchasing, and receiving duties. Work closely with the warehouse manager and assistant manager to maintain a positive and cohesive wholesale warehouse environment, even during busy periods.

Requirements

Experience in the automotive parts industry, specifically in the Jobber sector. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of diesel trucks and exhaust systems is an asset. Familiarity with ACDelco / GM parts is a plus. Proficient understanding of automotive operating systems and repairs. Ability to provide excellent customer service while multitasking. Computer proficiency; experience with Epicor is an asset. A sense of humor and a positive attitude.
