• Direct and coordinate the store\'s operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration.
• Monitor and control overall performance across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Develop annual budgets in consultation with corporate management.
• Participate in recruitment, retention, and development of the most qualified personnel.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages high performance and staff engagement.
• Address and resolve any customer or staff issues promptly and effectively.
• Engage in community activities to enhance the company\'s local presence and reputation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in farm machinery dealerships or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of agricultural equipment, technical principles, and practices.
• Proficiency in cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in business systems and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with staff, customers, and key business partners.
• LEAN training would be an asset
