Branch Assistant
How does the role impact the organization?
This role will be reporting to the Branch Manager, providing ongoing administrative support to the branch, and its clients. You will be the first point of contact, the Branch Assistant expertly manages client interactions and maintains seamless office operations, and embodies the pinnacle of professionalism and efficiency.
What is the position responsible for?
Answer and triage incoming calls via the main switchboard
Greet and assist visiting clients and guests
Escalate urgent client calls appropriately
Provide cage coverage
Track document deficiencies and address unknown reports
Coordinate employee birthday recognition
Process miscellaneous ServiceNow ticket requests
Support planning and execution of branch events
Process various invoices and manage employee expense forms
Prepare and send out the monthly newsletter
Organize and book boardroom meetings, including catering coordination
Set up and clean up for presentations and client/advisor meetings
Operate video and audio conferencing equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, boardrooms, and reception area
Monitor and replenish stationery supplies and office equipment
Manage branch social media posts and website updates
Assist with various branch projects as needed
