Position Overview

As a Branch Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the branch. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the branch team Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining documents Perform general clerical duties Assist with invoicing and documentation in accordance with company procedures Support customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service Utilize computerized systems to complete various administrative tasks Provide additional administrative support to the branch as needed

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams is an asset Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
