Jardeg is recruiting a B-Pressure Welder - Journeyperson to join the team at IOL Kearl. Charter flights are provided from Calgary/Edmonton to site! Shift schedules will be on a 14/14 rotation, 12 hours per day. While working on site, workers will be staying at the Wapasu camp which will provide hot meals, lodging, workout facility, Wi-Fi, commissary and much more! We also have new HIGHER rates for all craft workers!
Minimum Requirements:

• Journeyperson Certificate of Completion in the Welding trade
• Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS-09 or 2020) Certification
• Fall Protection
• Aerial Work Platform
• Confined Space
• Overhead Crane and Basic Rigging
• First Aid - Level A or C
• Valid Driver\'s License
• Welding tickets and/or welder performance qualification testing required - as per Site\'s Performance Qualification testing of welder\xe2\x80\x99s guideline:
  • B Pressure
  • F3/F4
  • CWB FCAW - All Positions
  • CWB SMAW - All Positions
  • CCO 661T
  • CCO 1063

Responsibilities:

• Weld up to 30 inches (FDI) per day when material is available (some welds may be customized while others may be repetitive procedures to complete the work)
• Use welding processes such as SMAW and FCAW to weld pressure piping
• Follow various company policies and procedures
