Jardeg Construction Ltd. is Looking for Welder B Pressure by Hand to work at our Bonnyville Fabrication Shop.

This is a regular - Full time position on a 5/2 shift schedule, 5 days on, 2 days off with 48 hours work week. We welcome employee as well as DSP Hand Welders. LOA avaialble for eligible candidates.

Welders join or sever metals in beams, girders, vessels, piping and other metal components, make metal parts used in construction and manufacturing plants, and weld parts, tools, machines, and equipment. Welders develop patterns for projects or follow directions given in layouts, blueprints, and work orders, as well as clean, check for defects and shape component parts, sometimes using a cutting torch and welding parts together.

Responsibilities:

• Weld parts together.

Minimum Requirements:

• Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
• Alberta B-Pressure ticket or equivalent if from another province
• CSTS 2020
• WHMIS 2015
• Class 5 Driver\'s License (Non-GDL) and a 3-year Driver\'s Abstract
• Welding tickets and/or welder performance qualification testing required - as per Site\'s Performance Qualification testing of welder\'s guideline.
