We are looking for a skilled and experienced Box Spring Maker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling high-quality box springs, ensuring they meet Dream Time Mattress's strict standards for comfort and durability. If you have experience working with upholstery, woodworking, or similar production tasks, and a passion for creating quality products, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and build box springs from start to finish using high-quality materials Ensure the box springs are durable, structurally sound, and meet product quality standards Work closely with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper use of equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in furniture manufacturing, upholstery, or similar production roles preferred Strong attention to detail and precision Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery in a safe and efficient manner Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to lift and move heavy materials
