Who you are:
As a Box Office Lead, you'll provide onsite ticketing and box office support for the Noel Festival while leading a team of Box Office Representatives. Reporting to the Client Success Specialist, you'll oversee daily box office operations, ensure superior customer service, and manage ticketing processes using the AdmitONE platform. You're a strong communicator, team leader, and thrive in fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
The Fine Print:
Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ticketing activities with a strong commitment to customer service.
Lead and support a team of Box Office Representatives during shifts, including scheduling and conflict resolution.
Oversee ticketing operations and process transactions using AdmitONE.
Sell and issue tickets onsite at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds.
Answer attendee questions and troubleshoot ticketing or technical issues.
Manage ticket inventory, including processing paid and complimentary sales.
Prepare and deliver ticketing reports for Client Success Specialist and Event Managers as needed.
Coordinate with Client Success Specialist and Event Managers before and after events to ensure all information is accurate and understood.
Travel to other event locations may occasionally be required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for someone with:
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as required for live events).
Ability to reliably commute to the Cloverdale Fairgrounds and arrive on time for shifts.
Experience supervising and scheduling a team of 8+ staff.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze ticketing reports accurately.
Tech-savvy and confident troubleshooting POS systems or devices.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
Dependability and commitment to the full duration of the festival.
Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
