Reports to: Head of Retail
Contract: Full-time, and permanent, as of Spring 2026

As the Boutique Director, you will the Oakridge Boutqiue in delivering an exceptional cohesive client and brand experience. Overseeing Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fragrance & Beauty, you will embody Chanel's commitment to excellence in every detail. Your leadership will empower the team to exceed expectations in client service, operational efficiency, and busines performance, ensuring the boutique serves as a beacon of luxury and sophistication.

As the Boutique Director, you will:Elevate Client Experiences: Inspire a culture of client-centricity, ensuring personalized service and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Drive Business Success: Lead the boutique's financial strategy, achieving ambitious goals while optimizing operational efficiency. Ensure cross-divisional collaboration: Empower teams and lead by example in ensuring cross-divisional collaboration (Fashion/WFJ/F&B) at every opportunity Build and Empower Teams: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment through coaching and mentorship. Enhance Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless daily operations, including workflow management, scheduling, floor zoning (3 entrances) and adherence to brand standards in visual merchandising among other things Strategize for Growth: Play an active role in shaping the boutique's business strategy, including curating stock assortments that resonate with the local clientele and contributing to budgeting processes. Champion Inventory Precision: Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with sales objectives.

What you will bring to the roleLuxury Leadership Expertise: Over 10 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Ready-to-Wear, Fragrance & Beauty, or Watches & Fine Jewelry. Strategic and Operational Acumen: Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with meticulous attention to operational details. Team Development Skills: A strong background in building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning. Client-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional service and developing meaningful client relationships. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems, Excel, and HRIS platforms. Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a natural aptitude for diplomacy and problem-solving. Global Perspective: Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset.
