What we want
Under the supervision of the Massage Therapy & Care Manager,
the Boutique Advisor
will participate in the smooth daily operation of the boutique by welcoming all clients: VIP clients, massage therapy & care clients as well as those wishing to purchase Nordik Spa Village products.
He/she must know how to orient our customers, identify their needs while maximizing and personalizing their experience. He/She must also be friendly and know how to offer advice to our customers for their products purchases at the store.
He/she will support the other teams to ensure that the customer experience is up to the company standards.
What you will do
Provide exceptional hospitality service;
Answer questions about our products in-store as well as our massage therapy and treatment services;
Recognize and create sales opportunities;
Maintain an orderly appearance in the boutique;
Greet massage therapy and health care clients and accompany them to their appointments;
Manage the cash register and the various customer payment tools;
Produce daily reports;
Contribute to customer satisfaction with the Spa Experience;
Participate in the optimization of the scheduling of the massage rooms;
Perform any other related task requested by his/her immediate superior or required by his/her duties.
Profile required
A college degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, management or other relevant training is an asset;
Two or more years of experience in customer service;
Computer skills;
Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
Interpersonal and good communication skills;
Positive and professional attitude;
Ability to solve problems quickly;
May have to deal with some stressful situations;
Ability to lift and stand for long periods of time.
Salary
According to the salary scale in effect plus benefits related to Nordik Spa Village.
Work schedule
Full-Time: 40 hours per week; schedule may vary during the day, evening and weekend.
Weekend availability required.
