What You'll Be Doing
As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you'll manage your own book of business, working closely with our team and your clients to ensure their insurance needs are always met with care and attention.
Your responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Responding to client questions by phone and email
Recommending the best coverage and premium options
Collaborating with internal team members and insurers
Participating in ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For
You're enthusiastic, client-focused, and love helping people navigate their insurance needs with confidence. If you're coming from a larger brokerage or support role and are ready to take ownership of your client relationships, this is your next step.
Required:
Valid Level I or II General Insurance License (Alberta)
Minimum 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with insurance software (our office uses SigXP) and Microsoft Office
A positive, team-oriented attitude
