We are seeking dedicated and skilled Butchery Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in food preparation and butchery. Duties

Perform meat cutting and preparation tasks, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Handle various types of meat while adhering to strict food safety protocols. Package meat products for display and sale, ensuring freshness and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area, following all sanitation guidelines. Assist customers with their inquiries, providing exceptional service and product knowledge. Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. Monitor inventory levels of meat products and assist in stock management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in butchery or meat cutting. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Kitchen experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food preparation techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
