Regional Recycling is a local family-run business that would love to have your family become a part of ours. We are a high-volume Recycling Facility carrying out a goal of Zero Waste and have 9 locations that span across the Lower Mainland, Sea to Sky, and Vancouver Island.

Currently, we are looking for:

Bottle Sorters [1 x Full Time & 1 x Part time]

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Physically fit and able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly Comfortable using Android tablets Comfortable operating various equipment, including forklifts (training can be provided) Able to work as part of a team and independently when needed A problem solver who takes initiative Strong commitment to personal and team safety Previous warehouse or yard experience is a bonus

Forklift experience

or certification is an

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO...

Reporting directly to managers, SORTERS will work in a team to perform tasks such as:

Greeting customers, taking in and sorting products for recycling, and issuing payments Sorting, counting, and tracking empty beverage containers Assisting in cleaning and maintaining the yard Supporting shipping and receiving activities Operating forklifts and other equipment (as trained) Other tasks as assigned by managers or supervisors
As your skills grow, we offer further training for additional responsibilities.

COMPENSATION

Benefits will kick in after passing 6-month of probation period (Full-time employees only) Vacation pay.
