The Bottle Service role is essential in providing an exceptional experience for guests at our venue. This position involves serving premium beverages and ensuring that guests receive top-notch service throughout their time with us. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Duties
Provide attentive and personalized bottle service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Sanitate all service areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Assist in food preparation and handling as required, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Operate POS systems efficiently for processing orders and payments.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience, offering recommendations and answering any questions about the menu.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
A proactive approach to helping guests feel comfortable and valued.
