The Opportunity
Buffalo Bill's is seeking a dynamic and experienced VIP Manager to lead our bottle service and premium guest experience program. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional with strong connections, a passion for luxury service, and the ability to grow and maintain high-value client relationships. You'll work closely with venue management and our lead bottle server to design VIP floor layouts, maximize sales opportunities, and deliver world-class service to our most exclusive guests.

What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience in nightlife, hospitality, luxury guest services, or VIP management.
Strong local network in Whistler--or the ability to build one quickly.
Exceptional sales and relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client loyalty.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts, events, and VIP touchpoints.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to upsell, increase revenue, and exceed targets.
Professional, approachable, and adaptable to a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Your Days Will Look Like
Design and execute VIP table layouts that balance guest experience with revenue optimization.
Build, nurture, and grow strong relationships with high-value guests and VIP clientele.
Act as a personal concierge, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with personalized service.
Network with Whistler's luxury partners (hotels, restaurants, real estate, tourism) to drive bottle service business.
Maintain regular communication with VIP guests, including exclusive offers, special occasions, and tailored experiences.
Lead with a hospitality-first mindset, ensuring every guest feels valued and recognized.
