Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for internal inspection of all types of aluminum casted parts. When necessary removing the imperfections inside the parts, inspecting internal passages for quality.

• Using Boroscope camera and equipment removes the internal imperfections for various types of aluminum casted parts
• Performs the internal inspection of all parts and makes a responsible decision to accept, repair or scrap the part per documented instructions
• Follows established protocol for notification of potential deviations or scrap trends
• Utilizes the necessary fixturing or gauges to assure dimensional conformance of the part
• Sets up and maintains small appliances as required to perform specific activities
• Maintains the necessary stock of materials for the area to maximize productivity
• Maintains necessary documentation
• Willing to be cross trained in other roles/departments
• Other duties as assigned
