Primary Responsibilities:



Accounting Bookkeeping and Office Admin:

Bookkeeping - Accounting minimum 5 years experience Processes and maintains AP and AR, prepare internal financial reports using ERP and Sage Simply Accounting(minor) Process payroll ROE using

ADP

Government Tax compliance, HST, EHT, WSIB, and others Administrator of health benefits plan Assist office staff in customer service Completes timely filing of reports Maintains customer records by updating account information Management support

Must be efficient in ERP Soft ware, Simply Accounting, Excel, and Microsoft Office

Accounting training required, College, University or other


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
