We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support for accounting functions. This role requires proficiency in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Bookkeeping:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
Maintain general ledger and financial records
Assist with year-end close
Generate financial reports as needed
Office Administration:
Oversee day to day office operations
Maintain filing systems (digital and paper)
Manage office supply inventory
Answer phones and emails in a prompt professional manner and greet visitors
Do onboarding and record keeping of personnel
Requirements:
Proven experience in as a bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Workspace
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have a minimum of a certificate in Office Administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
