About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join a well-established wholesale business that supplies retailers and boutiques across North America. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Montreal, supporting the daily operations of a small, fast-paced office.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update order forms, invoices, and other documentation
Coordinate shipments and prepare packages
Follow up with existing clients regarding orders and payments
Manage inventory records and perform light data entry
Provide general administrative support to the owner and internal team
Assist with light bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, etc.)
The Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking and working independently
Friendly, professional communication skills (especially on the phone)
Familiar with basic office software (Excel, Word, email platforms)
Experience in administrative support or bookkeeping is an asset
Fluent in English; French is a plus
