Job Description

AS the food wholesale and online sales company, looking for bookkeeper.

1. looking for an organized, reliable, accurate and trustworthy bookkeeper.

2. Applicants

MUST

have experience in SAGE 50 (Simply Accounting) software, or / and the QuickBooks online. Please indicate that you meet this requirement in your application.

3. Day-to-day bookkeeping & office activities including, but not limited to:

analysis the orders and do the PO and invoice in the accounting software.

discuss with the sales people to confirm the order quantity and price.

make the record for the orders and shipping recorder, including the driver record.

Letter writing, email and other communications as required, including limited phone call reception, note taking & redirecting

Spreadsheet updates & maintenance

Skills and Attributes Required:

Proficiency in SAGE 50 accounting software (

mandatory

- or significant equivalent accounting software experience + ability to learn SAGE quickly)

Good general organization; ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Ability to perform medium level data entry in Microsoft Excel

Good communication skills & proficiency in verbal/written English

Ability to communicate in Chinese or Cantonese is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
