We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Duties
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure ledger accuracy
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Collaborate with auditors during audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Skills
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
Ability to perform bank reconciliation and account analysis accurately
Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication skills for collaboration within the team and external auditors
Knowledge of budgeting processes is a plus
